The return air temperature of the heat pipe is of great importance to the use. If the return air temperature has any interval, it will affect the work of the equipment.

During the monotonous equipment work and the cyclic monotonous treatment process, the heat dissipation pipe will not take away the water guessed in the high temperature and high humidity environment due to the high temperature air reaching or close to fullness, so it reaches fullness and stops evaporation. Continued monotony in this case has no effect and should be cleaned.

If the water content of the material is relatively high, and the external hot air is simply formed in a short time, the new air is selected to be monotonous, that is, after the air is heated by the heat dissipation pipe, the hot air reaching the temperature is sent to the monotone and discharged from the other side together. In the tunnel drying tunnel, the flow direction of the hot air is countercurrent to the flow rate of the material.

Another situation is that the hot air circulation is monotonous. Because the water content of the material is not high, the hot air is not simply plump in a short period of time, and the monotony needs to maintain a certain evaporation temperature condition. At the moment, the hot and humid air is mostly cleaned to compensate for some fresh air, save energy consumption and reduce production costs. The amount of fresh air compensation is generally 20-30%, depending on the process requirements.

The total heat exchange of the heat dissipation pipe can be calculated according to the same calculation as the new air, I .e. the inlet temperature of the air side is 108 ℃, and the required outlet temperature is 160 ℃. The total heat exchange can be calculated according to the flow rate, density and specific heat, and the logarithmic uniform temperature difference can be calculated according to the fixed steam temperature.
